Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly returns and exchanges process. Please review the details below to ensure your item qualifies.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging is included (box, pouch, protective materials, and any included cards).
- No visible signs of wear, marks, or damage.
- The item is not a final sale or custom/personalized piece.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for alternative sizes, colors, or styles of equal value. If an exchanged item is priced differently, we will issue a price adjustment or refund/charge the difference accordingly.
Exchanges follow the same condition and inspection requirements as returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items
- Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@halseymeadow.com with your order number and the items you would like to return or exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to send your item back securely.
- Repack your item in its original condition and packaging and drop it off using the provided return shipping instructions.
Items that do not meet eligibility criteria may be returned to you at your expense.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was received.
Gifts
If you received your item as a gift, it may be returned for store credit. Refunds cannot be issued to a payment method other than the one used for the original order.
